Orientation and Evaluation

As a direct result of our in-depth Orientation and Evaluation process, employees have reported feeling more prepared and confident when entering into a new position.

Our program has proven to increase initial productivity and reduce turnover, resulting in a more reliable and productive workforce.

Orientation
Our goal is to present the position to the new employees in as much detail as possible.  The guide includes in-depth position profiles – detailing work hours, tardiness & absenteeism, appropriate attire, company expectations, benefits, and additional guidelines for employment.

A typical Orientation Guide consists of:

  • Company overview
  • Position description
  • Skill requirements
  • Job and time commitment
  • Pay rate
  • Appropriate attire
  • Job site logistics
  • Performance expectations

The employee is required to sign the orientation guide and it becomes a part of their employee file.  This level of detail helps deliver a more committed and knowledgeable employee.

Client Site Tour
We recommend and will conduct a client site tour for new hires. This component of our process ensures that each applicant has consistent information, minimizes miscommunication and allows the employee to determine if the environment is one where they can be successful.
