Our initial assessment involves 3 primary stages:

  • A Qualifying Interview consisting of questions about the candidates’ past experience, type of position they are seeking, likes and dislikes, etc.
  • The Kenexa Prove It! Skills Assessment with over 800 validated assessments available for both hard and soft skills.
  • A Behavioral Interview allows us to fine tune our selection process and closely ascertain how individuals have responded to various circumstances in the past in order to help us best predict future behaviors.

Placement

After the interview and assessment process is complete, a placement decision is made. We then meet with the employee to establish accountability regarding position requirements and responsibilities.
