We know that the success of your staffing solution depends on the effectiveness of the employees we provide for you. It’s why employee development is so important to us. Every PrimeSource applicant attends one of our regular work-readiness Employment Readiness Programs (available in English and Spanish). During these two-hour seminars, applicants work on developing and improving the basic skills necessary for employment success, including resume writing, safety, meeting employer expectations, etc. At the same time, we have an opportunity to evaluate applicants before accepting them as PrimeSource employees.

Once we identify employees as candidates for your staffing need, they attend a Candidate Assessment Workshop which is tailored to your specific work environment. During the workshop, our employees are oriented to your company and are provided with tools and tips to make them successful. Our program also enables us to assess the candidates’ job skills, aptitude, attitude, commitment level and the ability to succeed in your unique environment. In many cases, clients are involved in observing or delivering the workshops so they have an opportunity to interact directly with the candidates. Our program has proven to increase initial productivity and reduce turnover, resulting in a more reliable and productive workforce.
