Our Process Includes:
1. Employment Application
Job seekers can apply at any of our office locations. Because it is important for us to understand your skills and goals, the employment application asks for detailed information regarding job skills, work experience, education, employment references, etc.
We will also need two forms of ID. Examples of acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s license or government-issued ID, passport, work visa, military ID card, etc.
2. Interview and Skills Assessment
After your application is submitted, we will schedule an interview and skills assessment that will help us find the position that is the right match to your skills and goals. During the interview, we will gather information about your abilities, work and personal experiences, likes and dislikes and the type of position you are seeking. Please plan on being with us for up to 2 hours for the interview and assessment process.
3. Tour and Orientation
Depending on the position that we select you for, you may attend an assessment workshop or a tour and orientation during which you will receive:
- An Orientation Guide overview
- A site tour
- A discussion about job duties and expectations and site-specific safety issues
For many positions, this Tour and Orientation ensures that you have the information you need to be successful.
After the interview and assessment process is complete, a placement decision is made. We will then meet with you to discuss whether the position is the right fit. We review position requirements and responsibilities including:
